Shipping costs are a flat rate of $8.90 for all orders irrespective of size or weight.

Standard Shipping with Australia Post: Estimated delivery time: 2-6 business days.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
2. Returns and Refunds
Consumer Rights under Australian Law:
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if the product you have purchased is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the description. If your product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, we will provide a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law. We do not accept change of mind returns.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at Karishma Health and Wellness within 7 days of receiving the item.

Cover any return shipping costs for faulty or damaged products.

Your order number and any relevant details (e.g., packaging condition upon arrival, reason for return).
We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure prompt shipping. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
