What are the opening hours?

The clinic is open (by appointment only) from Monday to Friday. We are closed all public holidays. Please click here for the full hours. Appointments can be made online, by calling the spa on 0475 798 535 or via email.

What time should I arrive for my appointment?

Our booking system will send you a consultation form to fill in before you arrive for your spa treatment. As long as you have filled this out beforehand, you can arrive right on time or 5 minutes before your treatment starts to relax and enjoy a cup of herbal tea. Please note as we are a home-based clinic we do not provide a waiting room for family/partners.

Are your products vegan?

Some of the products used for facials contain bee products.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes we do, please click on the link to purchase a gift voucher for the Day Spa.


What is the best treatment for me?

The treatment descriptions in the treatment menu should answer most questions, and we are happy to speak to you if you need more detailed explanations. Please send us an email or give us a call on 0475798535

Is there parking?

Yes, there is parking on the right hand side driveway and also ample street parking.

What products do you use in the facials?

We use Living Nature skin care products in our facial treatments, a beautiful, certified natural skin care range from New Zealand.

Can I book a couples treatment?

We do not offer this service at present.

Do you offer health fund rebates?

Sorry, we do not.

Do you offer treatments to men and women?

Karishma Health and Wellness is a women only massage and facial clinic. 

Do you perform extractions in the facials?

None of the facials include comedone (blackhead) extraction.
